The Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County has released the 2026 June 1st: Estimates of Taxable Values to the taxing authorities. The countywide estimated taxable value for 2026 is $540.7 billion, an 5.5% increase from 2025.
This represents a decrease of 3.2 percentage points in the annual rate of growth compared to 2025.
The June 1st Estimates of Taxable Values assist the taxing authorities with their budget preparations. However, the values released on June 1st are only estimates, which are subject to change. The official certification date for the 2026 assessment roll is on July 1st, 2026.
In accordance with Section 193.122, Florida Statutes, Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, upon the request of the Tax Collector, ordered the extension of the 2025 Tax Rolls on September 3rd, 2025. The Property Appraiser, being satisfied that all property is properly taxed, certified the tax rolls on October 15th, 2025. This certification is the initial certification of the entire 2025 Real and Tangible Personal Property Assessment Rolls under Section 193.122(2), Florida Statutes, unadjusted by any changes to be made by the Value Adjustment Board after hearing pending tax appeals for 2025.
The Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County has released the July 1st Preliminary Certification of Taxable Values to Miami-Dade County taxing authorities.
